WebEngage

While at WebEngage, I initially worked as a developer, where I rewrote the Web SDK widget in Vanilla JS to track user events and enable on-site notifications and personalization. This replaced older versions with a lighter, more manageable codebase. I also contributed to building the new dashboard using ReactJS and Redux, improving the overall UI. During this time, I worked closely with product managers, which deepened my understanding of the SaaS industry and ignited my passion for product strategy and management, ultimately driving my transition into product management.
